PerfectFit Quiz
Answer a few quick questions — we'll match you with the right franchises. Every brand in the catalog is scored against your answers across six dimensions: Capital (25), Ownership (20), Risk (15), Industry (15), Location (15), and Timeline (10). A dimension that can't be scored from what a brand's FDD discloses is excluded from that brand's denominator and labeled — FranchiseKI never estimates a missing value. Your answers stay in your browser (localStorage); nothing is sent anywhere.
Fill in what you can and choose “See my matches”. Leaving a field blank simply leaves that dimension unscored for every brand.
How the Fit Score works
Capital fit compares your numbers with the brand's Item 7 total investment range in its FDD. Full marks when your maximum investment covers the top of the brand's range and your liquid capital covers its minimum; the score scales down as your numbers fall short, and it is 0 when your maximum is below the brand's minimum. Where a brand discloses a liquid capital or net worth requirement, that disclosed figure is checked directly and the check is named on the result card.
Location is state-level: a brand with outlets in your target state scores on proven presence, and an exclusive- or protected-territory brand with no outlets in your target state scores highest on location. Risk reads only disclosed signals — closures, litigation, bankruptcy, unit trend. Timeline compares your desired opening timeline with the brand's typical time to open, where its FDD discloses one.
