We began offering franchises for ZIPS Cleaners Business in 2006 and, as of December 31, 2025, there were 52 franchised ZIPS Cleaners Businesses. Gemini Cleaners has offered franchises in a similar line of business as us, namely, in garment care and cleaning, since 2023. TERRITORY (Item 12): territory is NOT exclusive - the FDD states you will not receive an exclusive territory.
