We offer and sell franchises for the operation of Centers under the “Lightbridge Academy®” mark. From 2011 through June 2014, we offered franchises under the trade name “Rainbow Academy”. TERRITORY (Item 12): this franchisor grants an exclusive territory as described in its FDD.
