About PRIME CAR WASH FRANCHISING
We grant franchises for the right to independently own and operate franchised Car Washes (each, a “Franchised Business”) that offer and provide the Approved Products and Services from a location that we approve (the “Approved Location”) utilizing our then-current Proprietary Marks and the System… TERRITORY (Item 12): territory is NOT exclusive - the FDD states you will not receive an exclusive territory.
