The Franchise We offer Franchises for the use of our “Driverseat” trademarks, trade names, service marks, and logos (“Marks”) for the operation of Driverseat Businesses. TERRITORY (Item 12): territory is NOT exclusive - the FDD states you will not receive an exclusive territory.
