Territory description (Item 12): After site approval, the franchisor designates a territory, generally about three miles by road from each studio, with no minimum size. It is not exclusive, but while the franchisee is not in default the franchisor will not open or authorize another Alpha Fit Club studio in that territory, subject to reserved rights.
